GRC Digital Transformation Readiness Self-Assessment Form

Self-assess your organisations’ current Governance, Risk, and Compliance maturity and readiness for digitisation

Is the data you require for any Governance, Risk, Compliance, or Incident Management activities held in a single source of truth (e.g. data lake) or is it fragmented across multiple systems?
This includes automated workflows, AI, or automated decision-making tools.

Koyrel offers a hosted, proprietary Governance, Risk, and Compliance system under an MSP arrangement. Reach out for a discussion.

Score 9-12 Advanced

GRC is partially digitised; ready for deeper process automation. Minor investment needed to finalise digitisation. A short sprint would likely close the admin burden of GRC here.

Score 6-8 Emerging

Some awareness; digitisation/optimisation begun but still reliant on manual processes. While GRC operations are likely a low-medium risk, finalisation of digitisation is needed to gain efficiency in this space and reduce admin overhead.

Score <5 Emerging

GRC processes are largely manual, disconnected, or ad hoc. GRC processes are currently themselves a moderate-high risk. Digitisation and process refinement would require an Agile project approach resulting in good economies of scale at completion and an overall reduction of risk and admin overheads.
